Our founder, Gordon Miller, has been credited with creating the No Closing cost loan. For almost 20 years he has promoted this strategy in order to make buying and refinancing a home an easier process. Today DNJ is run by owners Chris Corchiani and Glenn Astolfi. We currently offer loans in 3 states – North Carolina, Colorado and Tennessee. We are a strong, stable, privately held company. Despite the issues in the mortgage business, DNJ is growing and continues as “The Leader in No Cost Lending.”
Our office is located in Raleigh, NC. We are a loyal supporter of college athletics and charitable events in the Triangle region.
